Have your card blocked if…

• you have lost your card,
• the card has been stolen,
• the card has not been returned by the card-based machine (with no reason given),
• there is a suspicion of misuse,
• you discover improper withdrawals on your account statement – in consultation with your financial institution.

To be able to block your card immediately, it is best to carry with you your card number and the telephone number of the customer service department for your card issuer. Your card issuer will provide more information.
